Day 1. Let’s post in the comments to get discussion going and stay engaged with the community – away from the noise. Back in early days of CrossFit 140, I wasn’t really on social media. And athlete tracking software wasn’t really a thing. We posted all of our workouts on our blog and everyone posted there results in the comments. The blog was my “facebook”. It was a safe and supportive forum to give/get positive feedback and stay engaged with the community. This is public, so keep it classy. Share your workout results if you want, give your thoughts, and tell us which one you did. We’re staying in, let’s stay positive and stay away from the noise.
