We hold in our possession an elegant solution to the world’s most vexing problem. Our solution is rooted in the proven CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our Group Training program improves up conventional weightlifting and strength and conditioning training by combining elements of gymnastics, “cardio” and strength training. A group training session lasts an hour and an expert coach will guide you through it the entire time. We keep our cap our classes to keep the coach-to-client ratio low.
You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better. Our aim is to help you achieve optimal health, from the inside out, and our nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a lifetime. Backed by an RDN, customized meal plans and accountability our nutrition program is the foundation of our solution.
Whether it’s work or family obligations, group training schedules don’t always work for everyone. Sometimes people prefer not to train in a group. That’s ok, too! It doesn’t mean we can’t use the CrossFit methodology to deliver world-class fitness in a one-on-one setting! In fact, when we train individuals one-on-one we can flatten the learning curve and provide a customized approach to help you reach your goals. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or take your athletic performance to the next level, we have a solution for you.
We still use our proven CrossFit methods to achieve elite levels for strength and conditioning. However, athletes have needs that vary by sport, age, and development. We identify these needs and develop a program to help them achieve their athletic goals. We train young men and women preparing for the military and Special Forces, NCAA Division 1 athletes, and kids team sports as young as 8 years old!
